Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a resourceful, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant who can juggle calendars, craft polished communications, and keep our Executive Suite running like a well-oiled machine. If you’re someone who takes initiative, handles confidential matters with grace, and enjoys being the go-to person for getting things done — this role is for you.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly face that welcomes visitors and directs them with ease
  • Keep our schedules on track — manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel plans like a pro (flights, hotels, car rentals — you name it!)
  • Prepare and distribute polished, confidential communications
  • Keep the mailroom stocked and organized
  • Monitor incoming mail and route it efficiently
  • Assist with reports, expense tracking, and other key administrative tasks
  • Organize industry trade show details
  • Support projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Jump in wherever needed — flexibility is key!

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service mindset

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
