For this job, you will meet in homestead and travel to Key Largo in company vehicles with an assigned team.Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape &amp; Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe, beautiful, and functional. Your hands-on skills and passion for landscaping and maintenance will contribute to creating inviting environments that inspire and delight. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your technical skills, and be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and weeding to keep outdoor areas vibrant and well-kept</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators safely and efficiently</li><li>Conduct lawn care activities like aeration, fertilization, and irrigation system installation or repair to promote healthy growth</li><li>Maintain hardscape features including pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other structures using appropriate tools and techniques</li><li>Assist with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, planting, or removal while adhering to safety standards</li><li>Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure clear access and safety across properties</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power equipment safely</li><li>Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued</li><li>Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and horticulture practices</li><li>Ability to handle construction-related tasks involving excavation or site preparation using equipment like excavators is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of tree care practices such as trimming and planting is desirable</li><li>Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols at all times</li><li>Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods</li></ul>Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful retreats!
