We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape & Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and weeding to keep outdoor areas vibrant and well-kept
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators safely and efficiently
• Conduct lawn care activities like aeration, fertilization, and irrigation system installation or repair to promote healthy growth
• Maintain hardscape features including pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other structures using appropriate tools and techniques
• Assist with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, planting, or removal while adhering to safety standards
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure clear access and safety across properties
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power equipment safely
• Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and horticulture practices
• Ability to handle construction-related tasks involving excavation or site preparation using equipment like excavators is a plus
• Knowledge of tree care practices such as trimming and planting is desirable
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols at all times
• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
