What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>HR Operations &amp; Employee Lifecycle</li><li>Own onboarding/offboarding, new-hire setup, employee files, and HR documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and ensure data is audit-ready.</li><li>Be the first point of contact for employee questions, policies, and workplace support.</li><li>Recruiting &amp; Hiring Support</li><li>Post roles, coordinate candidate flow, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers.</li><li>Keep candidates informed and ensure a smooth, respectful hiring experience.</li><li>Help refine job descriptions and hiring processes as we scale.</li><li>Benefits, Payroll, &amp; Compliance</li><li>Administer benefits enrollment and serve as liaison with providers.</li><li>Support payroll processing and ensure timekeeping accuracy.</li><li>Maintain handbook/policies; track compliance with federal/state/local employment laws.</li><li>Office &amp; Facilities Management</li><li>Run office operations: supplies, vendors, mail/shipping, and facilities coordination.</li><li>Ensure workspaces are safe, stocked, welcoming, and efficient.</li><li>Coordinate equipment setup and access for new hires.</li><li>Plan occasional team meetings/events and support a positive in-office culture.</li></ul>Apply online at WanderingShepherd.com/careersJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Hays, KS 67601
