We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Labor and Employment Practice in our Wilmington office. This is an in-office position.The responsibilities include but are not limited to: supporting attorneys and paralegals in the Wilmington office and remote support to Labor and Employment section members in other offices by creating, proofing, editing, revising, and printing correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents; managing files; and maintaining calendars.Applicants should be multi-task oriented, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to function well in a fast-paced environment; possess strong grammar and punctuation skills. Applicants should be entrepreneurial and enjoy directly interacting with clients via email, over the telephone, and in person. Successful candidates will be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Proficiency in the use of Generative AI also preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred. Must have NC Notary Public commission or the ability to obtain same. One to three years of experience in a professional services environment required.
