You are not just working on components you are shaping how light based technologies are applied in real world environments. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, translating advanced concepts into scalable, high performance solutions. You will be involved in key engineering decisions from day one and will directly influence product direction and system architecture.Modern Technology Stack We work with advanced optical simulation tools, precision lab equipment, and integrated hardware software environments to develop high performance photonics systems.Growth You will have access to professional development support including technical training, certifications, and international industry conferences to stay at the forefront of photonics innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesOptical System Design Design, develop, and optimize photonic and optical systems including lasers, fiber optics, and sensing technologies.End to End Engineering Lead projects from concept development and simulation through prototyping, testing, and deployment.Technical Leadership Provide guidance to junior and mid level engineers. Conduct technical reviews and ensure engineering standards are maintained across all projects.Testing and Validation Develop and execute testing protocols to validate system performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with cross functional teams and management. Clearly communicate technical decisions and project progress.What We Are Looking ForExperience 6 plus years in photonics, optical engineering, or a related field, with at least 1 to 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of optical systems, photonic components, fiber optics, and simulation tools.Education Bachelor or Master degree in Photonics, Optical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.Tools and Skills Experience with optical design software and laboratory testing equipment. Familiarity with system integration and signal processing is an advantage.Mindset You are analytical and solution focused. You understand when to refine a design and when to move forward to meet project timelines.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR24,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
