Data Analyst &amp; Project Manager &mdash; Warren County PVA Office (Bowling Green, KY)About the RoleThe Warren County Property Valuation Administrator&rsquo;s Office is seeking a motivated and service-minded Data Analyst &amp; Project Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in improving data quality, managing projects, and helping us serve the citizens of Warren County with accuracy, transparency, and innovation.We&rsquo;re looking for someone who thrives on solving problems, learning new tools, and taking ownership of their work. The ideal candidate is both analytical and people-oriented &mdash; someone who can manage projects, interpret complex data, and help guide our office toward smarter, more efficient processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze property, sales, and market data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Manage and coordinate projects that enhance data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and community service.</li><li>Gather, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources (e.g., GIS, CAMA, Excel, and internal databases).</li><li>Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making and audit readiness.</li><li>Collaborate with appraisal and administrative teams to implement solutions.</li><li>Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Proactively identify challenges and propose actionable solutions.</li><li>Uphold the highest standards of integrity and public service.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills.</li><li>A self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly.</li><li>A problem solver who takes initiative and follows through.</li><li>A servant leader who values teamwork, humility, and public service.</li><li>Experience with data analysis tools and techniques &mdash; proficiency in Excel is required; experience with GIS, SQL, or statistical software is a plus.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate prior experience analyzing data or managing data-driven projects.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in data analysis, management, or related fields.</li></ul>Why Join UsAt the Warren County PVA Office, you&rsquo;ll be part of a small, mission-driven team that values innovation, personal growth, and service to our community.
