Waste Eliminator takes pride in offering the following additional benefits to all employees:<ul><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Paid holiday</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITES:<ul><li>This is a weekend schedule: Friday through Monday</li><li>Operate a tandem axle, cable hook, roll off truck safely and efficiently;</li><li>Experience with Roll Off , Compactors and Sludge</li><li>Drive a tandem axle, commercial straight truck while adhering to all company, local, state, and Federal regulations;</li><li>Complete the daily tasks as dispatched by the supervisor - usually no less than 8 stops per day;</li><li>Make decisions and problem solve within the parameters allowed that will best benefit the company and customer;</li><li>Continue being open for training, coaching, and improvement;</li><li>Communicate clearly and amicably to all customers and contractors;</li><li>Complete daily paperwork and tablet obligations to the level of detail expected from continued training;</li><li>Follow all safety policies and perform in a way that minimizes risks.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Class B commercial drivers license is required for a minimum of 2 years;</li><li>2 years of roll off operation experience is required;</li><li>Driving record must have no more than 3 violations in 5 years, no accidents in 3 years, and no disqualifications in 5 years;</li><li>Must have strong work ethic and ownership mentality.</li><li>Must pass all FMCSA requirements for operating a CMV in Georgia.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>any other heavy equipment: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Commercial driving: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Roll off truck: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CDL (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
