RESPONSIBILITES:

• This is a weekend schedule: Friday through Monday
• Operate a tandem axle, cable hook, roll off truck safely and efficiently;
• Experience with Roll Off , Compactors and Sludge
• Drive a tandem axle, commercial straight truck while adhering to all company, local, state, and Federal regulations;
• Complete the daily tasks as dispatched by the supervisor - usually no less than 8 stops per day;
• Make decisions and problem solve within the parameters allowed that will best benefit the company and customer;
• Continue being open for training, coaching, and improvement;
• Communicate clearly and amicably to all customers and contractors;
• Complete daily paperwork and tablet obligations to the level of detail expected from continued training;
• Follow all safety policies and perform in a way that minimizes risks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Class B commercial drivers license is required for a minimum of 2 years;
• 2 years of roll off operation experience is required;
• Driving record must have no more than 3 violations in 5 years, no accidents in 3 years, and no disqualifications in 5 years;
• Must have strong work ethic and ownership mentality.
• Must pass all FMCSA requirements for operating a CMV in Georgia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:

• any other heavy equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
• Commercial driving: 2 years (Required)
• Roll off truck: 2 years (Required)
