Job Opportunity: Proficient Accounts ManagerWe are seeking a highly proficient and experienced Accounts Manager to take charge of all day-to-day accounting operations and financial management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company where your expertise will be crucial in ensuring financial accuracy, efficiency, and strategic growth.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a results-oriented accounting professional with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience and a strong, proven background in comprehensive financial management, including cash flow, payroll, and relationship management with banks and suppliers. Excellent analytical and communication skills are a must.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of essential financial activities, including:<ul><li>Financial Operations Management:</li><li>Manage and execute all daily accounting functions end-to-end within the ERP system (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).</li><li>Oversee and maintain the company's cash system, including daily cash flow monitoring, reconciliation, and forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity.</li><li>Manage the complete payroll cycle, including accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, deductions, tax filings, and compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis:</li><li>Prepare, review, and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheets and Profit &amp; Loss Statements.</li><li>Conduct detailed financial data analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to improve export efficiency and reduce costs in international trade activities.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Audit:</li><li>Ensure absolute compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP) and all regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare documentation and support for internal and external financial audits.</li><li>Stakeholder &amp; Relationship Management:</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for bank relationship management, handling all financing, compliance, and transactional matters.</li><li>Manage supplier accounts by overseeing timely and accurate payment processing and fostering strong financial relationships with vendors.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Qualification: A Degree in Accounting is required, with preference given to candidates holding an MBA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar comprehensive accounting management role.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Strong, hands-on knowledge of ERP systems and advanced proficiency with accounting software.</li><li>Expertise in cash flow management and financial modeling.</li><li>Proven experience in payroll management and related compliance.</li><li>Core Competencies:</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external stakeholder management.</li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications.</li><li>A stimulating opportunity to work with a dynamic and rapidly growing company.</li><li>Significant professional development and growth opportunities as the company expands.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What are your salary expectations?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
