Job Opportunity: Proficient Accounts Manager
We are seeking a highly proficient and experienced Accounts Manager to take charge of all day-to-day accounting operations and financial management. The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented accounting professional with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience and a strong, proven background in comprehensive financial management, including cash flow, payroll, and relationship management with banks and suppliers. Excellent analytical and communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities
As the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of essential financial activities, including:
- Financial Operations Management:
- Manage and execute all daily accounting functions end-to-end within the ERP system (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).
- Oversee and maintain the company's cash system, including daily cash flow monitoring, reconciliation, and forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Manage the complete payroll cycle, including accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, deductions, tax filings, and compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare, review, and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements.
- Conduct detailed financial data analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve export efficiency and reduce costs in international trade activities.
- Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure absolute compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP) and all regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation and support for internal and external financial audits.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for bank relationship management, handling all financing, compliance, and transactional matters.
- Manage supplier accounts by overseeing timely and accurate payment processing and fostering strong financial relationships with vendors.
Requirements
- Qualification: A Degree in Accounting is required, with preference given to candidates holding an MBA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar comprehensive accounting management role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of ERP systems and advanced proficiency with accounting software.
- Expertise in cash flow management and financial modeling.
- Proven experience in payroll management and related compliance.
