Chartered Accountant (CA)

The Chartered Accountant (CA) is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, including accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, and compliance. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, cost control, and strategic financial planning to support business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, IAS, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Supervise and review general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Develop and implement internal controls and audit procedures.
• Handle corporate taxation, sales tax, income tax filings, and compliance with FBR/SECP.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Conduct cost analysis and variance reports for manufacturing and operations.
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Support in ERP/financial system implementation and process automation.
• Prepare reports for board meetings and senior management.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance & accounts team.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (ACA, FCA, ACCA, or ICAP qualified).
• 3–7 years of relevant experience (preferably in manufacturing / FMCG / industrial sector).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and corporate compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
