Junior HR Executive

Islamabad, Pakistan

The Junior HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations and act as the first point of contact for employees. The role is focused on assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and maintaining accurate HR records while ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities including documentation, orientation, and induction programs.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Prepare and maintain employee records and HR files.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters (employment, experience, confirmation, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate data entry into HRIS/HR spreadsheets.
  • Support in payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, etc.).

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for routine employee queries.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities and HR communications.
  • Support grievance handling and escalate issues to seniors where required.

4. Compliance & Policy Support

  • Ensure employee records are up to date in line with company policies.
  • Assist in policy communication and compliance monitoring.
  • Help in preparing HR-related reports and dashboards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or internships in HR preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, policies).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
