Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, oversee compliance with labor laws, and ensure smooth execution of HR policies and practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security, and organizational policies.
• Support department heads in implementing HR evaluation systems and training programs.
• Maintain HR records, payroll, and employee benefits.
• Contribute to building a positive and professional workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management.
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant HR operations/HR management experience.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and social security.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
