The HR Professional will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and supporting company culture.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and shift scheduling.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in HR roles (recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Friday).
