HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

Provox Global is looking for a skilled HR Generalist to manage and support a wide range of human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy administration, and HR operations. This role will ensure compliance, drive engagement, and contribute to building a positive and productive work culture.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and manage offer processes.
  • Oversee new hire onboarding, documentation, and induction.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Support engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, team activities, and surveys.
  • Assist in maintaining a healthy and inclusive workplace environment.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date HRMS data and employee files.
  • Assist in the creation, review, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management & Development

  • Support managers in goal-setting, appraisal processes, and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role (BPO/IT sector preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
