What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management, training, and career development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and ethical practices.
  • Design and implement compensation & benefits structures.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and contribute to workforce planning.
  • Supervise HR staff and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in HRM or MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools
