Talent Acquisition Specialist

Islamabad, Pakistan

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding process. This role ensures the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements from department heads and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for critical positions.
  • Manage and update recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Assist with offer management and pre-onboarding formalities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
