Upwork Bidding Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidding Specialist with 2–3 years of proven experience in freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting & bookkeeping services as well as digital marketing solutions, with excellent proposal/story writing skills to attract and convert clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and apply for relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Write compelling, customized proposals and project stories that highlight our agency’s expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements in accounting, bookkeeping, and digital marketing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to maximize conversion.
• Track bids, proposals, and success ratios while preparing periodic performance reports.
• Stay updated on Upwork policies, trends, and client expectations to refine bidding strategies.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Bidding Specialist / Business Development Executive on Upwork or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping and digital marketing domains.
• Excellent written communication and story writing skills with the ability to create persuasive proposals.
• Demonstrated success in winning projects and achieving sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

Job Type: 5-days in a week, Full-time (On-site)

Job Timing: 5:00 pm to 2:00 am

Location Acgile, Third Floor, Plot # 417/418, PWD Main Double Road, Block C, PWD HS, O-9 Islamabad
