Application Growth Executive

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Apps Growth Executive to lead the growth of our mobile applications. This position is responsible for increasing app downloads through innovative strategies such as feature enhancements, promotional campaigns, and strategic collaborations with partner brands.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving App Downloads & Growth:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to boost app downloads through feature improvements, promotional activities, and partnerships with other brands.
  • Identifying opportunities to integrate cross-promotional campaigns with partner brands, offering users exclusive deals, discounts, or bundled offers.
  • Monitoring app store performance metrics, including download rates, ratings, and reviews, to refine strategies and improve visibility.

3. Building Strategic Partnerships:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with external brands to explore co-marketing opportunities and drive mutual growth.
  • Negotiating agreements for integrated promotions, loyalty programs, or referral incentives that benefit both parties.
  • Leveraging partner brand audiences to expand the app’s reach and attract high-value users.

4. Executing Marketing Campaigns:

  • Planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid ads to promote the app and its features.
  • Basic understanding of tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Clarity, App Store Connect, and Firebase to track campaign performance and measure success.
  • Continuously analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results.


Requirements:

  • 16 years of education
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as an Apps Manager, Product Manager, or Mobile Marketing Specialist, with a focus on driving app downloads and user growth.
  • Strong understanding of app store optimization (ASO), user acquisition strategies, and mobile marketing best practices.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the Pakistani market and an understanding of local consumer behavior is highly advantageous.
