Head of Production

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large production teams, working with international clients, and implementing process improvements to achieve operational excellence.

Job Description:
The Head of Production will oversee all production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products/services while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production department to achieve operational and quality targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and control production processes to meet deadlines and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Manage relationships with international clients and organizations, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Optimize resource allocation and control production costs.
• Train, mentor, and develop production staff to build a high-performing team.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges quickly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in production management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working with international clients and organizations.
• Proven ability to manage large production teams and complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
