We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in consultive sales to join our team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with clients looking for recruitment services in various industries across the U.S.
  • Leverage your understanding of the US recruitment industry to pitch tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of hiring pain points and workforce trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • Conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and product/service presentations with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop strategic sales plans, using a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and alignment on hiring goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Use CRM tools to track sales pipeline, update prospect/client interactions, and report regularly on performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a B2B and B2C sales or sales-focused environment is required.
  • Strong Closing background in B2C sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you must be confident, persuasive, and client-facing.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to think creatively and “outside the box” to generate leads and close deals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5 years experience in call centers in sales campaigns.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup with access to a reliable internet connection, home office, and communication tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, outreach tools, and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling recruitment/staffing solutions to small-to-mid-sized businesses or enterprise clients.
  • Understanding recruitment process in US Market
  • Call center background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
