Job Title: Talent Acquisition Officer – Catering Crew (Remote Sites)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Officer to manage the end-to-end hiring process for catering crew members (labour) assigned to remote sites. The role involves sourcing, recruiting, and deploying staff, ensuring smooth travel and accommodation arrangements, and supporting general HR and management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit catering crew (labour) for remote site operations.

Maintain a talent pool for quick deployment when needed.

Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications.

Coordinate with operations teams to understand staffing needs and timelines.

Arrange transportation for crew members to assigned locations.

Manage boarding, lodging, and other welfare arrangements for deployed staff.

Ensure timely communication of schedules, work details, and expectations to all recruits.

Maintain updated employee records and documentation.

Assist HR in onboarding, training coordination, and policy compliance.

Support management staff in day-to-day operational and HR-related activities.

Handle basic employee grievances and escalate when necessary.

Collaborate with site managers to ensure smooth workforce integration.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety standards, and company policies.

Track attendance, deployment records, and contract renewals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in catering, hospitality, or industrial labour hiring.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of labour laws and workforce management practices.

Willingness to travel to remote sites when necessary.
