Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR compliance. This role ensures that HR functions are carried out smoothly and efficiently, in alignment with organizational policies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection).
- Maintain candidate databases and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain induction materials and coordinate training sessions.
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and HR records.
- Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, promotion, resignation, etc.).
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (leaves, attendance, overtime).
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycles.
- Track performance records and ensure timely feedback collection.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or related role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
