Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage people operations and employee compliance. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth HR functions, compliance with labor laws, and supporting employees throughout their journey with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Assist in payroll and employee benefits administration
• Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support
• Contribute to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR operations in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Transferable Iqama (mandatory)
