Description

  • E mployee relations, government systems, compliance with the labour law, onboarding, offboarding, etc
  • Keeping a track of employee Probationary period, Paid Leaves, Sick Leaves & other Leaves.
  • Responsible to create and maintain employee profile and payroll record.
  • Provide accurate attendance and leave records for payroll processing and support regional HR for entire payroll process.
  • register employees in GOSI/MOL system, periodical update payroll data in Mudad system.
  • coordinate with regional HR in Issuing necessary HR documents & letters . Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion, Appraisal, Service Certificates & Disciplinary Action.
  • Preparing the HR Process Tracker ( On- Boarding, Confirmation & Exit Process)
  • Maintenance of employee confidential file (ECF) in system and physical files for Saudi Arabia.
  • Conducting Exit formalities & clearances for leaving employees.
  • Assisting Head of HR in various HR related activities as and when required.
  • Responsible new and renewal of labour contract.
  • Maintain strong relationship with each branch coordinators and support them for HR related work
  • Act as a first “Point of Contact (POC)” to all employees and managers for all HR related issues.
