Main Job Responsibilities:


1.Ensure the stability of connected car service operation by managing the technical setup and backend systems.

2.Document the transition process and train the operations team to ensure complete handover with no gaps in knowledge or documentation.

3.Set up and improve a ticket-clearing system to reduce incident volume through proactive resolution and tracking.

4.Manage vendor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure fast and reliable support.

5.Develop and maintain visual dashboards to monitor system behavior, delivering at least one new dashboard every six months for the first 2 years.

6.Establish a structured operations reporting process to track and communicate findings and issues on a weekly basis.

7.Regularly check and improve service processes to ensure they are efficient and meet company standards.

8.Manage compliance documents to ensure high availability and minimize audit findings.


Required Qualification:


Bachelor’s degree in technical science or equivalent (or a comparable degree).

5 to 7 years experience in IT Operation or similar position

Strong technical expertise in telematics, mobility connectivity, autonomous driving, and related technologies.

Proven experience in managing complex projects / programs.

Proven experience in strategic thinking.

Experience in managing partners/vendors to deliver the requested projects, solutions, and services.

Experience in international projects (minimum 1 year)

Experience driving request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) processes and evaluate the technical proposals.

Familiar with IT / ITIL Concepts

Familiar with IT Architecture Management concepts
