Senior Commercial Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly connected and culturally attuned Senior Commercial Manager to lead our growth strategy for one of our LVMH Beauty brands. This critical role will oversee our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) as well as distribution channels, ensuring a seamless and elevated brand experience across all touchpoints. A deep understanding of the Saudi consumer and an established network within the Saudi retail landscape are a must.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the Saudi market.
• Oversee and optimize both DTC and distribution channels, ensuring a consistent and luxurious brand experience.
• Cultivate and leverage existing relationships with key retailers in Saudi Arabia, and actively develop new strategic partnerships.
• Lead and optimize our DTC platforms to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and online sales.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats.
• Manage sales, retail operations, and e-business activities, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
• Develop and implement effective sales initiatives tailored to the Saudi market.

Profile

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in a senior commercial leadership role in Saudi, preferably within the luxury beauty sector.
• Extensive experience operating within the Saudi market, with a deep understanding of the local retail landscape and consumer behavior.
• Established network of relationships with key retailers and industry stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong people leadership and people development agilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on approach to managing sales, retail operations, and e-business.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
