Job Summary

The Senior Business Development Specialist in a technical environment leads the development and execution of technology project strategies by preparing Business Cases and feasibility studies to ensure the viability of proposed solutions and deliver clear ROI. This role acts as a bridge between development teams, infrastructure, and product management to ensure technical solutions align with market and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop Business Cases for technology projects, including financial and technical analysis, risk assessment, and ROI calculation.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions in collaboration with development and engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and expand existing technology products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and innovative solutions.
• Prepare technical presentations showcasing operational and business value.
• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet technical standards.
• Evaluate new technologies (Proof of Concept) and assess feasibility before recommending adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering , or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a Business Development for technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture , Systems Integration , and Cloud Computing .
• Good understanding of financial analysis tools for technology projects (ROI, NPV, TCO).
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Product Management).
