A well-known Pharmaceutical Firm situated at Islamabad, looking for an HR Intern. All the fresh grads residing in twin cities, who are eager to learn and want to kick-start their career in the field of HR are encouraged to send their resume

a. Qualification:

BBA (HRM) will be preferred from HEC accredited.

b. Stipend:

Stipend: PKR 15,000/month.

c. Duration:

3 Months (might extend too Job on the basis of 03 months performance)

f. Core Responsibilities:

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
• Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
