- Manage and maintain strong relationships with distribution channels and authorized distributors.
- Monitor sales performance of distributors and provide actionable insights to enhance business growth.
- Handle distributors’ account management including payments, claims, credit limits, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate and process distributor orders from receipt to dispatch in collaboration with supply chain and logistics teams.
- Track inventory availability, stock movements, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
- Support implementation of sales targets and ensure timely achievement in assigned territories.
- Assist in developing distribution strategies to improve market penetration and product availability.
- Resolve distributor issues regarding accounts, delivery, or product-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback from distributors and market to management for product improvement and demand forecasting
