This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the crucial early years of childhood.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood education, literacy, math, and physical activities aligned with developmental milestones</li><li>Foster a nurturing environment by providing attentive toddler care and supporting children&rsquo;s social-emotional well-being</li><li>Manage classroom activities effectively through strong classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies</li><li>Support children with special education needs and participate in early intervention programs to ensure inclusive learning experiences</li><li>Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to design engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles or other educational frameworks</li><li>Maintain open communication with parents and guardians about children&rsquo;s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones</li><li>Ensure compliance with child welfare standards, health protocols, and safety regulations at all times</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings, including preschool or daycare environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices, including toddler care and special education strategies</li><li>Skilled in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques</li><li>Familiarity with teaching physical education, literacy education, math instruction, and tutoring methods suitable for young learners</li><li>Experience with classroom experience involving standardized testing or assessments to track developmental progress</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching approaches for diverse learners using Montessori or other instructional methods</li><li>Knowledge of early intervention programs and child welfare best practices to support holistic child development</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication helps shape bright futures!
