Part-Time Administrative Assistant Schedule: Tuesday &ndash;Friday, Variable Hours Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour Location: In-personWe are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Waterview Lodge rehabilitation and healthcare facility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Process accounts payable and manage vendor communications</li><li>Maintain inventory tracking and oversee central supply management</li><li>Provide front desk support and maintain professional phone etiquette</li><li>Assist senior leadership with administrative and operational tasks</li><li>Coordinate resident transportation arrangements</li><li>Prepare and type memos, correspondence, and reports</li><li>Perform additional administrative duties as assigned</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with accounts payable and vendor management</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities professionally</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent Communication Skill.</li><li>Previous experience in a healthcare or Nursing facility</li><li>Experience with procurement, purchasing, or vendor relations</li></ul>Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hourWork Location: In person
