</div></div></div></div></div><div><div><p>We are currently seeking a full-time <b>Marketing &amp; Business Development Coordinator</b> to join our Vancouver office supporting the Marketing &amp; Business Development Manager in executing all growth initiatives. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies, fostering business growth, and enhancing the firm&rsquo;s brand presence.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, purposeful, thrives in a fast-paced working environment, and enjoys connecting with people. We are seeking a charismatic individual who will be a key component in the expansion and success of the marketing &amp; business development department.</p>
<p><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b>:</p>
<p>Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development Manager to execute all marketing and business development tactics to drive growth for the firm.</p>
<ul><li>Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Manage and grow the firm&rsquo;s online presence across platforms, including the website and social media.</li>
<li>Create and deploy engaging content for social media, including paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn).</li>
<li>Oversee the creation and execution of the social media calendar.</li>
<li>Design marketing materials and graphics using tools like Canva.</li>
<li>Write and publish blogs and assist with website updates via WordPress.</li>
<li>Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and client communications.</li>
<li>Support the development of new client relationships and retention of existing clients.</li>
<li>Research potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities to target specific sectors effectively.</li>
<li>Prepare proposals, pitch materials, and presentations for prospective clients.</li>
<li>Track and report on marketing performance metrics (KPIs) and campaign ROI.</li>
<li>Coordinate business development initiatives such as speaking engagements and sponsorships.</li>
<li>Assist with holiday initiatives (client gifting and communications).</li>
<li>Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing &amp; Business Development Manager (e.g., coordinating meetings, vendor communication, payment confirmations).</li>
<li>Communicate with external vendors and manage ad hoc projects as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Ideal Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or related field.</li>
<li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing or business development (legal industry experience preferred).</li>
<li>Strong content creation skills for blogs, social media, and digital campaigns.</li>
<li>Experience managing social media accounts and running paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn).</li>
<li>Experience with email marketing platforms.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.</li>
<li>Basic design skills and ability to create visually appealing graphics.</li>
<li>Experience with WordPress for website management.</li>
<li>Understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.</li>
<li>Creative, resourceful, and tech-savvy with a results-driven mindset.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Salary:</b> $55,000 &ndash; 60,000 annually</p>
