We specialize in personalized kitchen design solutions that combine craftsmanship, function, and customer‑focused service.Unlike high‑volume corporate sales environments, we take the time to truly understand our customers, their homes, and their goals.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, design‑driven Kitchen Sales Consultant / Kitchen Designer to manage customer relationships from first conversation through final design and sale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative kitchen design, values customer satisfaction, and takes pride in managing a showroom as if it were their own.You will work directly with homeowners, contractors, and online customers to design new kitchens, redesign existing spaces, and guide projects with confidence and professionalism.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Design new and remodeled kitchen layouts using ProKitchen, 20/20 or similar design software</li><li>Consult with customers in‑store, online, by phone, and occasionally on‑site</li><li>Recommend cabinetry, countertops, tile, and layout solutions that fit both budget and design goals</li><li>Manage a retail showroom environment with attention to presentation and organization</li><li>Handle incoming sales leads, internet inquiries, and phone calls</li><li>Conduct or coordinate field measurements at customer homes when needed</li><li>Build long‑term customer relationships through expert guidance and service</li></ul>What Sets This Role Apart<ul><li>Real customer relationships, not high‑pressure lead quotas</li><li>Variety: showroom, online sales, phone consultations, and site visits</li><li>Strategic decision‑making where ideas are encouraged</li><li>Respect for experienced professionals who know their craft</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Sales experience (2+ years required)</li><li>Experience with kitchen design and layout (new and remodel projects)</li><li>Familiarity with cabinetry products, specs, and kitchen materials</li><li>Comfort using ProKitchen, 20/20, or similar design software</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable handling phone calls, email, and web‑based sales tools</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Kitchen or building materials sales</li><li>Internet or e‑commerce sales</li><li>Merchandising or showroom management</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>8+ hour shifts</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday with nights and weekends as needed</li><li>Flexible scheduling options available</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay starting at $17.00+ per hour + Bonus Pay</li><li>Bonus pay opportunities</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off (PTO)</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>On‑site showroom (not remote)</li><li>Smoke‑free and drug‑free workplace</li><li>One location &mdash; no bouncing between stores</li></ul>Resume required.
