Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, design‑driven Kitchen Sales Consultant / Kitchen Designer to manage customer relationships from first conversation through final design and sale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative kitchen design, values customer satisfaction, and takes pride in managing a showroom as if it were their own.

You will work directly with homeowners, contractors, and online customers to design new kitchens, redesign existing spaces, and guide projects with confidence and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

  • Design new and remodeled kitchen layouts using ProKitchen, 20/20 or similar design software
  • Consult with customers in‑store, online, by phone, and occasionally on‑site
  • Recommend cabinetry, countertops, tile, and layout solutions that fit both budget and design goals
  • Manage a retail showroom environment with attention to presentation and organization
  • Handle incoming sales leads, internet inquiries, and phone calls
  • Conduct or coordinate field measurements at customer homes when needed
  • Build long‑term customer relationships through expert guidance and service

Required Qualifications

  • Sales experience (2+ years required)
  • Experience with kitchen design and layout (new and remodel projects)
  • Familiarity with cabinetry products, specs, and kitchen materials
  • Comfort using ProKitchen, 20/20, or similar design software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable handling phone calls, email, and web‑based sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

  • Kitchen or building materials sales
  • Internet or e‑commerce sales
  • Merchandising or showroom management

Schedule

  • 8+ hour shifts
  • Monday–Friday with nights and weekends as needed
  • Flexible scheduling options available

Compensation & Benefits
