<div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.</li>
<li>Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all children.</li>
<li>Monitor and assess children's development and progress.</li>
<li>Collaborate with parents to support children's learning and well-being.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space.</li>
<li>Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides.</li>
<li>Lead daily circle time and group activities to encourage social interaction.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or toddler setting.</li>
<li>Current CPR and First Aid certification.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Passion for early childhood education and child development.</li>
<li>Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of state licensing regulations and best practices in childcare.</li>
<li>Flexible, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children.</li>
