We're a licensed home care provider in Pinellas County connecting experienced caregivers with private-pay clients for one-on-one in-home care. This isn't a staffing agency &mdash; you work directly with your clients, build real relationships, and control your own schedule. No facility rounds, no revolving-door assignments.We're growing and actively adding new clients. Strong performers get first pick of new cases as they come in.What you'll do:<ul><li>Companionship and emotional support</li><li>Meal preparation and light housekeeping</li><li>Transportation to appointments and errands</li><li>Medication reminders and monitoring</li><li>Light personal assistance as needed</li></ul>What we're looking for:<ul><li>Active Florida HHA certification or CNA license (required)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience (professional or family)</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license</li><li>Ability to pass Level 2 background screening</li><li>Minimum 20 hours/week availability</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a client's home</li></ul>Pay and details:<ul><li>$17&ndash;$20/hr depending on case type and experience</li><li>This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity &mdash; not an employee position</li><li>You set your availability and choose the cases that fit your schedule</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li></ul>What happens after you apply:We move fast.
