CNA / HHA — Private Duty Home Care | Pinellas County

We're a licensed home care provider in Pinellas County connecting experienced caregivers with private-pay clients for one-on-one in-home care. This isn't a staffing agency — you work directly with your clients, build real relationships, and control your own schedule. No facility rounds, no revolving-door assignments.

We're growing and actively adding new clients. Strong performers get first pick of new cases as they come in.

What you'll do:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Medication reminders and monitoring
• Light personal assistance as needed

What we're looking for:

• Active Florida HHA certification or CNA license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience (professional or family)
• Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license
• Ability to pass Level 2 background screening
• Minimum 20 hours/week availability
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

Pay and details:

• $17–$20/hr depending on case type and experience
• This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity — not an employee position
• You set your availability and choose the cases that fit your schedule
• Weekly pay
• Mileage reimbursement
