We&rsquo;re looking for motivated individuals who thrive outdoors, enjoy working with their hands, and are eager to contribute to vibrant landscape projects every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine.</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems to execute projects efficiently.</li><li>Conduct tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety.</li><li>Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements.</li><li>Manage lawn care routines including fertilization, aeration, and weed control to ensure lush turf health.</li><li>Install and help maintain irrigation systems.</li><li>Support landscape construction projects by digging, planting, mulching, and installing irrigation systems as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience or knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture, or groundskeeping is preferred.</li><li>Valid drivers license</li><li>Mechanical knowledge related to lawn equipment, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, as well as power tools safely and effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with tree care practices including trimming and planting enhances your versatility in the role.</li><li>Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.</li><li>Basic understanding of construction principles related to hardscape installation is a plus.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward landscape maintenance and safety standards.
