Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems to execute projects efficiently.
• Conduct tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety.
• Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements.
• Manage lawn care routines including fertilization, aeration, and weed control to ensure lush turf health.
• Install and help maintain irrigation systems.
• Support landscape construction projects by digging, planting, mulching, and installing irrigation systems as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience or knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture, or groundskeeping is preferred.
• Valid drivers license
• Mechanical knowledge related to lawn equipment, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, as well as power tools safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with tree care practices including trimming and planting enhances your versatility in the role.
• Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction principles related to hardscape installation is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward landscape maintenance and safety standards.
