Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to reconcile historical financial records and ensure accurate data entry into the system.This is a direct employment role with our firm. The selected candidate will be deployed at a client site for a defined assignment period. Following a short client evaluation phase(paid), the employee will be sponsored under the company&rsquo;s employment visa. We are seeking a Senior HR &amp; Admin Manager to manage end-to-end Human Resources and administrative operations. Candidates with prior HR experience in Hotels or the Hospitality industry are preferred, with strong exposure to shift-based and blue-collar workforce management.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership<ul><li>Support in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with company growth.</li><li>Collaborate with senior management for workforce planning and organizational development.</li><li>Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies.</li></ul>2. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Supervise recruitment processes through your team, from job posting to offer letters.</li><li>Plan staffing requirements for operations, especially blue-collar/shift-based teams (e.g. housekeeping, bellboys, drivers).</li><li>Oversee structured onboarding programs including system access, property induction, and policy orientation.</li></ul>3. Policy &amp; Process Development<ul><li>Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, and employee handbooks.</li><li>Create HR workflows for hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and shift scheduling.</li><li>Identify areas for process improvement and ensure alignment with operational needs.</li></ul>6. Team &amp; Admin Oversight<ul><li>Manage and guide a team of recruiters and admin officers in day-to-day tasks.</li><li>Monitor attendance (Odoo), employee fines, asset tracking, and employee-related documentation.</li><li>Supervise offboarding, resignations, final settlements, and asset recovery processes.</li></ul>7.
