We are a growing business based in Islamabad, Pakistan, using AI-powered video to drive our communications and outreach. We work with a corporate HeyGen account and are looking for a specialist who can help us produce high-quality, personalized avatar videos at scale. This is a contract role with strong potential to grow into a long-term partnership.

Job summary

We need a hands-on HeyGen expert to create personalized AI avatar videos using our corporate account. You will receive structured briefs, work within our brand guidelines, and deliver polished videos ready for business use. If the initial project goes well, we intend to offer regular ongoing work.

Responsibilities

- Produce personalized AI avatar videos using HeyGen on our corporate account

- Customize avatars, voice selection, pacing, and script to match each video's purpose

- Ensure high output quality — natural lip sync, clear audio, professional visuals

- Deliver completed videos within agreed timelines (typically 24–48 hours per video)

- Apply revisions based on structured feedback in a timely manner

- Handle all project assets with strict confidentiality; sign NDA before account access

Required qualifications

- Demonstrated experience working directly with HeyGen — not just general AI video tools

- Portfolio of HeyGen avatar videos you have personally created (required at application)

- Strong eye for detail — video quality, timing, and professional presentation

- Proficient written English to understand briefs and communicate questions clearly

- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet quick-turnaround deadlines

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with HeyGen's Streaming API, Talking Photo, or Custom Avatar features

- Background in video editing, motion graphics, or script writing

- Prior experience working with corporate or agency accounts in a confidential setting
