Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable SERVER/BARTENDER to join our vibrant hospitality team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.</li><li>Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.</li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments efficiently while providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Assist with food service duties during busy periods, including serving meals at tables or in banquet settings.</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.</li><li>Support catering events or nightclub functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different service environments.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience with POS systems; strong cash handling skills required.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a restaurant or hospitality setting.</li><li>Experience working in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or catering environments is highly desirable.</li><li>Basic math skills for retail math, restaurant math, and cash reconciliation tasks.</li><li>Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal age requirements.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
