Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with food service duties during busy periods, including serving meals at tables or in banquet settings.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Support catering events or nightclub functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different service environments.

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems; strong cash handling skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Experience working in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or catering environments is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for retail math, restaurant math, and cash reconciliation tasks.
• Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal age requirements.
