The ideal candidate will support the sales team, lead presales activities, and provide high-quality technical guidance to customers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and develop high-quality technical proposals for ERP and software solutions.</li><li>Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.</li><li>Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.</li><li>Design and architect technical solutions aligned with company offerings.</li><li>Create detailed technical documentation and specifications.</li><li>Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot project activities.</li><li>Address customer technical inquiries and objections professionally.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales, Technical Support, or Software Solutions.</li><li>Strong experience with ERP systems.</li><li>Excellent ability to write and structure technical proposals.</li><li>Solid understanding of software and digital solutions.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to E&pound;20,000.00 per month
