 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Superintendent
 
 to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes from groundbreaking to completion.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals are met
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and designers
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Project Manager and construction team to resolve issues proactively
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and local building codes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in
 
 luxury custom home construction
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record delivering
 
 high-end residential projects
 
 with sq ft value of $1000+
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical knowledge of building systems, finishes, and materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with project management tools and construction scheduling software
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation
 </li>
