Construction Senior Project Manager - Commercial

Location: Orlando, FL

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + benefits

Our client is an award winning, family owned general contractor, specializing in commercial projects such as education, multifamily, healthcare, senior living etc.

They are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate MUST have commercial experience!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).

This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package
