How will you make an impact?

The Administrative Support Assistant Contracting is responsible for providing a high standard support to Contracting department.

Key elements to the role include, but not limited to:
<ul><li>
Administrative tasks
</li><li>Adhoc projects</li><li>
Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly reports and presentation internally and externally.
</li><li>Monitor the daily Third Party bookings and communicate with the internal stakeholders to fix the issues.
</li><li>Support the Contracting CMs in terms of reporting.
</li><li>Answering departmental email/phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
</li><li>Ensuring office supplies are maintained, to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies
</li><li>Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical &amp; ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
</li><li>Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, preparing &amp; distributing memos and reports, and other correspondence, and ensuring that everyone is kept current on necessary Contracting department news and information
</li><li>Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
</li><li>Manage business travel arrangements
</li><li>Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures
</li><li>Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
</li><li>Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and making travel plans</li></ul>

Qualifications &amp; Knowledge

 Understanding of B2B hospitality &amp; Tourism business and electronic distribution channels used for the distribution of lodging products</li><li>
Excellent presentation skills</li><li>

Experience, Skills and Behavioural Requirements
<ul><li>
 Strong communication skills</li><li>
 Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills</li><li>
 Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
 Planning and Organisation skills - ability to multi-task, be proactive and ability to work independently and use your own initiative</li><li>
 Must have advanced software skills (Microsoft Office), specific in Excel &amp; PPT &amp; Power BI</li><li>
OTA, Travel &amp; Tourism, hospitality Experience (2+ years) is required</li></ul>

As a Talent &amp; Culture Executive Partner - Finance, you will act as a key Talent &amp; Culture Leader for your region or central department, driving the people agenda in alignment with WebBeds' commercial goals. Supporting the Senior Vice President of Talent &amp; Culture &amp; CPO, you will act as a strategic advisor, change agent, and talent advocate. Your role will ensure the effective implementation of people strategies that foster a high-performing, engaged, and diverse workforce.

You will collaborate with business leaders and T&amp;C Communities of Excellence to deliver talent strategies, manage employee relations, and implement solutions to meet organizational needs. Support and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with WebBeds' commercial objectives, driving a culture of high performance and engagement. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>
Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives, ensuring organizational effectiveness and a culture of high performance.</li><li>
Champion initiatives that promote a positive employee experience, focusing on engagement, development, and well-being across the region or central department.</li><li>
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely and effective recruitment aligned with business needs, while managing workforce planning and manpower budgets.</li><li>
Implement and support performance management processes, driving employee development and organizational capability.</li><li>
Facilitate succession planning initiatives, ensuring a robust pipeline of future leaders.</li><li>
Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws while promoting a harmonious work environment.</li><li>
Advocate for DEI initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce reflective of WebBeds' values.</li><li>
Act as the custodian of Talent &amp; Culture policies, ensuring they are communicated effectively and adhered to within your region or central department.</li><li>
Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>
Partner with T&amp;C Communities of Excellence to implement global talent initiatives and customize them for your regional or centralised departmental relevance.</li><li>
Lead organizational change efforts, acting as a coach and advisor to leaders and employees during transformation initiatives.</li></ul> 
The skills we would like to see in your suitcase:
<ul><li>
Minimum 7 years of experience within a HR/Talent &amp; Culture business partnering role.</li><li>
3+ years of people management experience.</li><li>
 3+ years of experience in a strategic role.</li><li>
Domain level HR/Talent &amp; Culture experience across a central function (IT/Finance/Ops) or wider region (APAC, Europe, MEA, AMER).
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree or MBA in HR/Organizational Development is highly desirable).</li><li>
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD Level 5/7, or equivalent are highly preferred.</li><li>
Proven experience as a Regional HR/Talent &amp; Culture Business Partner or similar role in a global, matrixed organization, with strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning.</li><li>
Ability to align people strategies with organizational goals, driving measurable business impact.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders.</li><li>
Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments, with an understanding of regional labor laws and market trends.</li><li>
Proficiency in analyzing talent metrics and data to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in managing organizational change and driving employee engagement through transitions.</li><li>
A passion for fostering talent and promoting a culture that values inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.</li><li>
Solid understanding of HR/Talent &amp; Culture practices, policies, and employment legislation across the regional or centralised department you will support.</li></ul>
