Who We're Seeking

We are seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented UX Designer &amp; Project Manager to join our team and lead the creation of intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences for our clients. 
The ideal candidate has a strong background in UX, graphic, and web design, with proven ability to translate complex ideas into clean, engaging visuals. You&rsquo;ll work closely with clients and internal teams to plan, design, and deliver websites and digital assets that balance brand storytelling with usability and conversion goals. This role blends hands-on design in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite with project management responsibilities, like managing project timelines, deliverables, and client communication. Experience with HubSpot CMS (Content Hub) and managing end-to-end web design projects is a strong plus. 
This is a highly collaborative role where you&rsquo;ll be relied on for design insight, creative problem-solving, and a proactive mindset that drives projects forward while delighting clients.

The Responsibilities For This Role: 
Design &amp; Creative Work
<ul>
<li>Website wireframes, detailed mockups, page layouts, sitemaps, etc</li>
<li>Social media graphics, email templates, ad creatives</li>
<li>Brand identity (logos, color palettes, typography) 
</li>
<li>Collaborating with copywriters and developers on final assets</li></ul> 


Client-Facing &amp; Account Management
<ul>
<li>Assisting and leading client meetings and discovery sessions</li>
<li>Presenting design concepts and explaining decisions</li>
<li>Gathering feedback, managing revisions, and setting expectations</li>
<li>Building and maintaining strong relationships to increase retention</li></ul> 


Project Coordination
<ul>
<li>Creating timelines and tracking milestones</li>
<li>Managing resources (internal and freelancers)</li>
<li>Making sure scope, deliverables, and budgets are met</li>
<li>Using tools like Asana, HubSpot, Slack Google Drive, etc.</li></ul> 


Strategic Input
<ul>
<li>Advising clients on digital best practices (web UX, branding consistency, conversions)</li>
<li>Helping scope new opportunities and upsells</li>
<li>Providing performance insights and reports</li></ul>
